SPECIAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF SALE
Pricing and Payment:
1. We do not have a base price for any of our dogs, and it must be noted that Fine Tiny Toys, Show Quality Poodles and specialty colors will generally sell for more. Pricing will be quoted for each puppy individually.
2. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy and the balance is due prior to shipping. (Puppies are sold in the order of the deposits received).
3. Upon receiving either a deposit or a in full payment, we will create a written sales contract.
4. Payment for the puppies and the shipping costs MUST be paid in full prior to shipping.
5. Payment can be made by Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal checks are accepted but we insist on a 10-14 day clearing period.
Registration:
1. All puppies will be eligible for AKC or UKC registration and will be sold with a limited registration only. This means they cannot be used for show or for breeding to produce a registered litter.
2. All of my adult dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the United Kennel Club (UKC) which means that all puppies are eligible for registry as well.
Shipping/Delivery:
1. Puppies are shipped from our nearest major airport terminal to your nearest major airport terminal.
2. We charge $250.00 for shipping, which includes the shipping costs as well as:
a. Health Certificate and checkup by a licensed Veterinarian
b. Vaccination Record
c. Shipping Crate, which is yours to keep. Two puppies can travel together for the same price in the carrier.
